 Jim Hadden, Founder/Listing Specialist
Jim Hadden got hooked on real estate when a 2005 internship introduced him to the fix-and-flip market. Having just graduated from the University of Georgia, he initially pursued his real estate license in an effort to find more potential investment deals. Today, Jim is an active investor who has grown his own property portfolio to include many single-family rental homes.
In 2010, Jim began building a team of well-trained Listing Experts and Buyer’s Specialists who serve traditional resale clients as well as institutional and private investors. He established Jim Hadden Home Sales in 2016, and it has quickly has grown to become one of the most successful real estate teams in the CSRA. Philanthropy is one of the team’s top priorities. Jim Hadden Real Estate Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to provide home mortgage assistance to help those undergoing cancer treatment and their families.
When he is not mentoring agents and investors or meeting with clients, he enjoys attending sporting events (Go Dawgs!) and reading (favorite authors include John Maxwell, Gary Vaynerchuk and Robert Kiyosaki). Jim resides in Augusta, Ga. with his wife and their two children.

 Vicky Matson, Lead Buyer’s Specialist
Vicky has been a licensed realtor in both Georgia and South Carolina since 2005 and was a founding member of Jim Hadden Home Sales. Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Vicky spent 10 years running her own cleaning business. With her friendly disposition and quick sense of humor, she brings convivial leadership to our team of buyer’s agents. Originally from Philadelphia, she also lived in Florida, Arizona and Ohio before settling in Augusta. She and her husband of 28 years now have three children and two grandchildren. Vicky loves Augusta’s small-town feel while being a vibrant community with lots to do. Her favorite restaurants are Farmhaus and Abel Brown.

 Catie Roane, Director of Operations & Marketing
Originally from Fayetteville, Ga., Catie attended Georgia State University before moving to Augusta with her family in 2012. She has worked in real estate for over five years and joined Jim Hadden’s team in April 2016 as a Closing Coordinator. Now the Director of Operations and Marketing, she has become an expert in managing office, client, agent and vendor relations. She now lives in Martinez, Ga. and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. Her favorite local spots include the Augusta Canal, Southbound, and Craft & Vine.

As an Augusta native, Renee grew up with parents in commercial construction and real estate. This naturally fostered a deep appreciation for architecture, ethical business and desire to help others. Her southern roots also instilled in her the general values of honesty, integrity, and hard work. With her own background in the CSRA medical field Renee has developed qualities of strong determination, tenacity, and seeing problems to be solved as opportunities for growth. She is excited to share her upbeat personality and will stand confidently by her clients and by her work.
